I decided since I've been pretty much dead on here for quite some you deserve an apology and an explanation of what the heck has been going on in my life!

During the summer I did a fairly nice job of staying in touch with my dear DA friends, but once the school year started I haven't done much conversing with you. As for actual updates, art, and journals: they just haven't been happening. I mean the last time I posted a journal was February. THAT WAS MANY MOONS AGO.

I guess the reason you haven't been getting updates is because I've strayed away from my art. I find myself coming up with astounding ideas, but in my time away from drawing, my skills have decreased considerably. And since there is no art, I've come to find that you can't really post a journal on a place called deviantart without having some mention of upcoming works of art and whatnot. Yes, I do admit to posting those wonderfully weird and long sagas of my life as journals, but perhaps I'll just get a blog and give you a link to that so you can still see what goes on in the crazy little thing we call life with me!

So without further ado I give you...
A Possible Glimpse into the Future of My Crap
{Drawings} While I work to get my skills back up to a somewhat decent level you will mostly like see old sketches of mine that I never got around to posting. Most I am quite proud of. I will put them through Photoshop so they are worthy of posting and then post them up here. Also, if the mood so strikes me you will get new baby sketches I might do during the day and then come home to post on here. It's not much but I have to have something to offer!

{Handmade} I am finally getting into this medium that I've always loved. I learned to sew over the summer so you might see some things I do, be it on here or that blog somewhere in the distant future. I LOVE being resourceful and recycling old materials to make something new! X3

{Writing} While my drawing suffered, I am pleased to say my creative writing has not! I have many ideas and you may see little segments of what I do through compositions posted on here, text incorporated into my art, or my own prose that simply inspired me to paint a picture of the image I created with words. You might finally get to see some profiles of characters from my stories as well!

There are some conflicts. Exam season is coming and I do have quite a bit of homework at the moment. I'm currently audtioning for our school's musical, too. If I do get a role...well...expect to see a profound lack of activity from me here.
I will at least try to give you fair warning this time though!

As for commenting on art you post: there might not be as much as there used to, but I am going to try. GOODNESS AM I GOING TO TRY.

Life is peachy. Lot on my mind regarding friends, love, and my stories. Just going with the flow.

I'm sorry I've been away so long. I hope you all the best in this time of stress and anxiety. The holidays are fast approaching and I know we'll make it through somehow! I love you all dearly and miss each of you miserably. Please, if you have a facebook I don't know about let me know SO MOMMA CAN HUNT YOU DOWN AND ADD YOU. I gotta keep in touch with all of my loves
